Caddo District PTA will give at least three, one time only $500.00 scholarships to seniors attending a Louisiana college or university.

All applications must contain:

  • A picture or a photocopy of a picture
  • The completed form must be signed by the Student and Counselor or Principal
  • A current official transcript with a RAISED SCHOOL SEAL /must include ACT/SAT scores or official copy of these scores secured from the Counselor
  • Two letters of recommendation from the Principal, Teacher, Counselor, Community Leader, etc.
  • Postmarked by March 20, 2009

If any part of the requirements is not supplied, the application will be disqualified.
