*DIGITAL IMAGES:
Please use the following guidelines in submitting images to the website.
- Send as a .jpg or .jpeg file (photos). Graphics such as school logos should be sent as a .gif file.
- Photo Images should be at least 600 x 480 pixels in size. Larger is better as it's easier to decrease than to increase the size.
- If image needs to be cropped, please indicate the focal point of the image.
- Include detailed information of the event: School Name, Event, Date(s) of Event, Individuals shown (if desired)
- If students are shown in the image, permission must be obtained prior to placing on the website. A copy of the Caddo District Parental Permission Form needs to be on file at the submitting school. See attached Parental Permission Form, if this form is not already on file at your school.
